I say enough of this wedding mumbo jumbo.
I realized that for a while now the only posts I've written with any substance were teeming with lovey dovey antics. I also realized that this is not a wedding blog, it is about my life. And while that is a big part of my life right now, I do not think I am obsessed- nor do I intend to subject you to my frazzled attention to detail.
Sooooo I thought I'd tell you what I've been up to this week.
Nothing.
Ok, that's it, I haven't done a thing this week. The end.
This is about 95% true. Yes I've been to class, mentoring, etc. But other than the daily routine (and several hours of catch-up homework on Tuesday), my days have consisted of online shopping (for anything I might need in the next, say, five years), a trip to Walmart, and cleaning out the fridge. Work is pretty slow right now and I try pass the time online but come on, I can only rearrange my shopping cart so many times before I accept the fact that I am not actually going to order anything.
And honestly? I like it. It certainly is nice to have a low level of stress. I know things will start getting busy pretty soon, but even then it will be more exciting than stressful.
Of course, I do have quite a hefty to-do list.

Finish filling out passport paperwork
Meet with the caterer
Go with Travis to pick out tuxedos
Finish my resume application for a particular school
Something about homework...
But we won't tell anyone about that.....
And for those of you who envy my schedule, do you really want to be teaching high school math next year instead of what you're doing?
Didn't think so.
